not going to work in little india and geylang when throngs of workers bo chap road traffic. any driverless car will just stall due to ai getting confused out of sheer indecision and inaction. sensor overload, too many possible collisions with slow moving objects darting in and across streets, cannot process, recalculating, recalculating, recalculating, oops, timeout.

For planes i think it may never happen . Long long ago R&D and uat for air traffic controllers claimed to be taken over by systems did not happened .
