Their taxis operated by private mafia thugs control a group of suburbs to themselves. If u drive a taxi A coy u can only drive in that area. If u pick a rider go to another area controlled by taxi B coy, can only drop the rider then hv to drive back to yr area. Conflict of interest.
If the driver want to taujiak and pick up rider in B coy area, driver dont know the area and will ask rider. But rider expect driver to know without know the reason why driver so dumb...
