Secret societies have 'infiltrated' schools in Klang

Secret societies have reportedly "infiltrated" some schools in Klang, major Chinese dailies reported.

Parents have voiced their concern about the matter following a scuffle involving students and the thugs on Wednesday.

The gang fight began with a minor dispute between two groups of students at a secondary school a day earlier.

Those involved reportedly held a "table talk" at a coffeeshop nearby after school but failed to reach a compromise.

The groups then sought help from their respective gangs for a showdown the same day.

According to the shop owner, over 30 youngsters mostly in school uniform stormed into her shop from the side and back entrances.

The incident was captured on CCTVs.

This is nothing new. In Singapore, it was quite common in the 90s. But most of them were street gangs.
