I dont think Sands casino will be able to open on 27 April. Due to the contruction still on going. Roof also not yet finish.
Very funny CEO still can make comment when will be opening. I already cannot manage to keep on track how many time they delaying opening date.
Most likely will be only able to open on June.

That will be big mistake. All bangla/PRC nearby contruction will flooded the casino because just a walking distance away. If someone die from the crane or part of the contruction fell down that will be big trouble.
