SINGAPORE — The salaries of administrative officers and judicial and statutory appointment holders will be increased by between five per cent and 12 per cent, the Public Service Division (PSD) said on Monday (12 September).
The last such salary adjustment was almost 15 years ago, PSD said in a media release. “Since then, gaps with market benchmarks have increased significantly. These adjustments will enable the Public Service to continue to attract and retain its fair share of talent for key leadership roles,” PSD added.
The salary adjustments will take effect on 1 October.
About 300 administrative officers and 30 judicial and statutory appointment holders will benefit from the salary revision, including the Chief Justice, Judges of the Court of Appeal, Judges of the Appellate Division, Judges of the High Court, and Judicial Commissioners, the Attorney-General, Deputy Attorneys-General, Public Service Commission Chairman, and Auditor-General.
Administrative officers can continue to undergo job rotations, attachments in the private and people sectors, and leadership milestone programmes.
“The Public Service will continue to periodically review salaries of public officers and adjust them when necessary to broadly keep pace with, but not lead, the market,” PSD said.

More reason for judges to punish minorities in order to achieve their kpi's and get the pay rise.

Damn it! Now I'm under pressure to give a pay raise to my serfs!

This is consider salary adjustment, but every year I suppose they still get a raise right?
