Heard of the lengendary rsm tiger hong and some pti called monkey god that once challenged the entire platoon to a pull up contest and beat them single handedly cos he did over a 100 and during his training a trainee had to pass out before his training would stop and emergency helicopters would be following him.

..and that RSM Tiger Hong punished an Officer to run round the parade square; only to know Later this Officer was promoted to be a Batallion Commander and upz Tiger's rank to a Captain so as to tekan him back ?..

Taiwan starlight incident is boring. Wonder if they have any more new stories to share.

Who the fark is this Tiger Hong cartoon? People tell me all the time of his loud voice and fearless attitude. Has he seen combat? Has he killed anyone in action? What legend? To me, the farker is just a loud-mouthed wannabe two-bit soldier barking orders from a parade square. Faced with someone carrying a rifle in a war zone, I bet the farker will pee in his pants.

Who the fark is this Tiger Hong cartoon? .

supposedly a feared rsm who had a booming voice and like all barking dogs never bite..anyway after retirement heard he open up jaga company..fate of many a retired serviceman...:)

So from Tiger Hong, he became Jaga Hong.

Despite his thin and wiry frame, he is f**king fit and a voice that one can hear from afar.

The two well known RSM in the early days of NS, were WOI Hong Seng Mak and WOI Shamsuddin.

When I was at SAFTI, Shamsuddin was the RSM, and WOI Tajudin (now I am unsure of spelling) was the RSM at OCS, whereas LTC Jimmy Yap (who was a LTA at the time of the first batch OCS) was the CO of OCS (Jimmy is now in Vancouver).

At the end of my NS, or shortly thereafter, both of them were LTA, after the SAF promoted several WOI to commissioned officers.

wtf these are called kipping pull ups. They are mostly taught in cross fit wherebby you use the body's jerking momentum to allow you to do more pull ups. That's how females manage to do so many of them. Asshole would probably do less than half those pull ups if he had to do each one from a dead hang.

The mythical "Good Morning Hill" and the legendary "Peng Kang Hill" the mention of those dreaded names instilled fear in the hearts of soldiers.
