今早（10月18日）7时许，有公众发现多名警察出现在牛车水大厦外凉亭，并放置了蓝色帐篷。

记者接获热心读者拨电本报24小时热线通报，警方已拉起封锁线，约七名警员在场，一名蓝衣男子在协助警方调查。
