Argentina boss Alejandro Sabella has named his 23-man squad to face Frank Rijkaard's Saudi Arabia in the city of Riyadh.

Lionel Messi, Angel Di Maria, Javier Mascherano and Gonzalo Higuain remain ever-present in Sabella's plans, but there are some interesting inclusions in his latest squad.

Wigan's Franco Di Santo has never won a senior cap for his country but is given the nod after impressing for his club in the opening stages of the Premier League season.

Inter's Ricky Alvarez is preferred to Roma's Erik Lamela, who misses out, whilst Fabian Rinaudo, Cristian Alvarez and Tino Costa are new arrivals.

After World Cup qualifying victories against Uruguay and Chile respectively, Sabella's men will be hoping to win their third game in succession.
