RSN drug bust gone wrong

Anyone here remembers or heard about the incident of the RSN personnel(s) who stopped a boat with a consigment of heroin but only declared part of it & the crew or maybe just the one crew kept the remaining few kgs of heroin? i think he/they got caught in the end or something? My friend mentioned the case to me a long time ago while we were out drinking & i can't remember all of the details. Can anyone here recall the story or was it swept under the carpet?
