台中市消防局一名李姓小隊長，2015年10月間酒後，竟在深夜闖入正妹隊員的備勤室內性侵，被害女隊員已拍攝婚紗準備結婚，因此事企圖輕生；李男不但脫產逃避民事賠償，還誣賴女隊員與替代役男有染。一審被判刑10年，二審認定他犯後態度惡劣還脫產卸責，加重改判12年徒刑、褫奪公權6年。
李男4年前利用他代理分隊最高職務的機會，要求部屬買宵夜及酒回來，在隊上辦公室與隊員飲酒作樂，當時隊上晚間只有這名正妹隊員，李男竟以長官權力命令其他隊員將女隊員灌醉。宵夜後利用消防隊員平時爭取救災、救護時效，未將房車上鎖的習慣，闖入女隊員備勤室強行性侵得逞。
台中地院審理時，李男卻辯稱喝酒時噴口水，才會殘留DNA在女隊員大腿內側及內褲，不過監視器拍到李男在備勤室外徘徊，台中地院斥責他辯解太過離譜，加上證據確鑿認定有罪，依加重強制性交罪判刑10年，李男也被消防局免職。
女隊員另外還提民事求償2032萬元，卻發現李男早已把名下台中和南投等3筆土地，全都無償贈與給胞姊，疑似惡性脫產逃避賠償，被法院判決撤銷移轉房地產，將李男加重改判12年，最高法院駁回上訴確定，另判決李男須賠償409萬0473元，因未上訴已確定，，並通知檢方對李男展開防逃。
