1. I've managed to trace the original source of the 1963 + Election + Black out,

2. As proposed by Robert Ho, we have did a search in the National Library archives to locate for the 1963 microfilm to understand what happened in the 'black out', the pdf of the microfilm is also in the above link.
3. Is Robert a ghost-writer or a real person, a detailed interview with Robert Ho established the fact that he is a real person. To understand his grievances, checkout the other pdf within the above link as well.
