[h=2]RJC wooing PRC students with free scholarships[/h]

Hi all,
Please take a look at this news found on Nanyang Post. The title of the news:
Raffles JC going to China’s Heilongjiang Province to recruit students
One thing they mentioned, students with impressive academic record shall be awarded scholarships! My question is: Do all these 30 PRC students have a good command of English and are they able to earn a PASS in O level English paper?!
Is RJC going to also pay for exclusive special English tutors to help them pass their English and GP also?
Why are they wasting monies to groom foreign students instead of our local students?
We demand an explanation from RJC!

记者从哈三中和哈师大附中获悉，16日，新加坡排名第一的高中——莱佛士初级学院，来哈三中和哈师大附中招高一和高二学生，学生即日起开始报名，莱佛士初级学院将于7月份派面试官前来面试，被录取的学生将于今年9月赴新加坡就读。
哈三中校长办公室老师赵小军介绍，莱佛士初级学院是首次来我省招高中生，而且只锁定3所高中，包括哈三中、哈师大附中和大庆一中。今年该校预计在我省和山东省总计招生30人。
对于新加坡排名第一的高中来我省招生，哈师大附中校长刘大伟说，这增大了我省高端学生进入世界名校的机会，因为莱佛士初级学院是新加坡排名第一的高中，学 校有190年的历史，每年都有大量的学生被欧美的剑桥、耶鲁、哈佛等国际顶尖学府录取，绝大部分学生至少也会被新加坡当地四所政府公立大学录取。该校已经 为政商界培养出了多位精英人才和领袖。
刘大伟介绍，学生人学无需中间环节，由莱佛士初级学院的面试官在7月至8月之间直接面试学生，通过面试的学生将于9月份赴新加坡读一流高中，学生毕业后同时可以拿到哈师大附中毕业证书。
对于学生和家长普遍关心的学费问题，刘大伟校长.介绍，根据学生的学习成绩，有的可能拿到全额奖学金，如果没有拿到奖学金，每年的学费和生活费大约为16万人民币。（东北网）

With regard to Singapore #1 high school RJC coming to Heilongjiang to recruit students, another f**king sec school principal Mr Liu said – this helps give more opportunities to the top students from our province to go to world class schools. Cause RJC is Singapore #1 high school, school got 190 year history, every year, many of their students will be accepted by top international EU-American unis like Cambridge, Yale, Harvard etc (see lah, even the ch** b** PRC principal also knows they are using Singapore as a stepping stone only. They real goal is to go UK/US!). And the rest at least will get into the 4 S’pore local unis. RJC has produced many business and political elite leaders for Singapore (yeah like those souless LKY, GCT, CCS, etc who couldn’t care less of Singaporeans).
Mr Liu say no middlemen, students are directly recruited by RJC officials between Jul and Aug. All those accepted will leave for Singapore in Sep, to go study Singapore #1 high school. After graduation, they also can get the PRC local high school certs at the same time. (KNN, what about NS? They got serve NS or not? Ch** B**!)
With regard to school fee which is of concern to students and parents, Mr Liu say, depending on results, some will get full scholarships. If can’t get full scholarships, every year, the school fee and living expenses will amount to 160,000 Yuan (S$32K).
