Rise in sexual crimes over last four years

Last year, there were 272 cases filed in the State Courts involving either sexual assault by penetration, sexual grooming of a minor under 16, outrage of modesty or rape. Another 169 cases involving these crimes led to convictions.

frankly, i have something to say about the over crowded living conditions and the stress level we have here. i remembered coming back to sinkieland after staying a while in australia. i start to sense the stress about taking the over crowded mrt and living in a pigeon hole. all four corners of my perception seemed contained in a cell. i start to have perverse thoughts on girls i see on the streets, especially the ones wearing tight miniskirts or hot pants. enjoying the views of their curvy bodies make my heart pump even faster. i did some soul searching and realise that there is psychological effect which i deem negative staying in an overcrowded country. then i compare to staying in australia, i have no such perverse thoughts in more open spaces.
