A rich Filipino youth, Mauricio Pocholo Jorge Martinez, 24, has been accused of vandalising a train carriage with spray paint.
A rich Filipino youth, Mauricio Pocholo Jorge Martinez, 24, has been accused of vandalising a train carriage with spray paint. He is currently unemployed.
He snuck in with his companion Gan Kwang Chuen, 20, an NS man into the KTM station at about 2am on 12 March.
Gan, a full-time national serviceman, allegedly committed six more similar vandalism acts on a building belonging to the Ministry of Defence at Rifle Range Road in March 2010 and January 2011.
Martinez faces two charges as he is hearing impaired.
Both men were accompanied by their parents in court.
The maximum penalty for criminal trespass is three months' jail and a $1,500 fine, and for mischief, one year and a fine.
