Rich foreigners are not able to own cars due to limited COEs.. Poor Sinkies in hdb pigeon holes should be banned from owning cars.

The HDB dwellers are well served by public transport so they don't need cars.

Multinationals prefer non locals. They go on recruitment drive overseas. Maybe to be trained in sinkie regional office before sent back.
The issue is only singkies can own cars and bid for Coe....than problems solved
