They were Indonesian radio stations. They were the first regional radio stations to start 24 hour radio starting with ZOO 101.6
Then Singapore followed with Perfect Ten, 987FM. The first batch of Perfect Ten DJs included Bernard Lim, Dahlia Z, Florence Lian, Georgina Chang and Philip Chew. "American Top Forty with Shadow Stevens" played every Sunday morning
