Dortmund – prison for the Afghan child molester from Dortmund’s northern city!
On Thursday, the judges sent the asylum seeker Zubyr S. (24) to prison for five years. His case caused horror nationwide in 2020. At that time it became known that the drug dealer had been released after the alleged rape of a child (11) – and shortly afterwards attacked a girl (13) in the bicycle cellar.
Zubyr S. allegedly raped an eleven year old. He was released from custody and is said to have lured his second victim from the playground.
However, the verdict was only about the second attack – the first case was separated because the victim only appeared once for the trial and has not been found since then. According to BILD information, the girl lives in completely desolate circumstances.
The criminal chamber considered the statements of the 13-year-old to be absolutely credible. Judge Ulf Pennig (60): “The defendant lured N. under a pretext into the bicycle room to perform sexual acts on her. He was aware that she was only 13 years old.” Even the external impression of the witness was “undoubtedly that of a sexually inexperienced child.”
However, it was not possible to establish with certainty that Zubyr S. really noticed the girl’s resistance. “She could have been noticed if the defendant had paid attention. It remains a major attack,” said the chairman.
The son of a cloth merchant got four years for this. There was also one year for possession of 142.2 grams of marijuana. And: should the first victim reappear, there is an additional prison sentence.
With the verdict, the judges followed the prosecutor’s request. The defenders, Dieter Axmann (56) and Christian Kucera (52) had demanded an acquittal. They criticized the “suggestive questioning of the witness at the police” and believed the client that the cellar sex was voluntary. “This assumption is – to put it mildly – completely remote from real life,” says Pennig.
