What I hate about China companies.
- They seem to give a high salary, but most of the time, it's misleading. For example, they can tell you you'll get 8k, but in reality, your base is probably 4k, and the rest is bonus/overtime pay, etc.
- The 'punishment & reward mechanism', most companies have a system where they can deduct your salary for minor mistakes, and usually the punishments will be more than the rewards, even if they have rewards it a rare occurrence.
- The lack of integrity and trust. It doesn't really matter if the thing you do is right/wrong; you have to keep producing results because the environment is that competitive.
- They rush everything and lack detail.
- No transparency.
- The workers/employees are just tools to be used. Single-use & throw-away items. I felt worthless, and they don't care about improving existing employee quality. They would rather hire a new, fresh graduate to replace you. Your health & wellbeing? non-exsistant.
