"Master" Leong lost it: Kicks neighbour's shoe rack, police involved, now begging viewers for an $800 "no contract, no deposit" room. Siao or what?
FunnyWah lau eh, did anyone catch Master Leong’s latest video? Bro literally had another meltdown and admitted to getting the cops called on him again.
Long story short, his next-door neighbour apparently wakes up at 3am every Monday and makes a lot of noise with his bicycle and heavy cycling shoes. Leong couldn't take it, walked over, and straight up kicked their shoe rack until the whole thing collapsed and shoes flew everywhere.
Neighbour came back and got pissed, allegedly threatened to "whack" him right in front of the police. Now the IO is coming down tomorrow and he's scared of getting charged with mischief.
But the funniest part is the mental gymnastics. This fella proclaims to be some value investing guru, but he actually blamed his short fuse on "the market" and the "Iran war". Bro, what has the Iran war got to do with your neighbour's bicycle?? He also casually brought up how he previously got his nose broken by his upstairs neighbour in a totally different fight. Like at some point, you gotta wonder who the common denominator is.
Now because he is only 3 years into his HDB MOP, he cannot sell his flat. So he is straight up begging his viewers to rent him a room for $800 to $1200 a month.
The real kicker? He demands ZERO deposit and ZERO contract. He wants it "month-by-month, just like a friend." His reasoning is that he previously rented a room from some lady who turned out to be a scam victim who screamed in the middle of the night, so he moved out after a week and lost his deposit.
He flexed that he's making $3k-$4k a month from YouTube now so he can afford it (guess the value investing guru business isn't making him enough to buy a condo), but says if no one in SG gives him this magical no-contract deal, his backup plan is to move to JB or Chiang Mai.
Honestly who in their right mind is going to rent out a room to a self-proclaimed highly noise-sensitive guy with a track record of fighting neighbours, with absolutely zero contract to protect yourself?
