This happened yesterday at Somerset mrt near the 7-11. There was this lady maybe in her 30-40s, not sure if she has any mental disabilities, asking people to help her settle her utilities bill. She also mentioned her dad was in the hospital or old folks home (can't really remember).
After I refused and walk away, she came chasing over and continue to plead for help.
Did anyone experience the same thing? It was around 7pm.
