I am not a very religious person and usually never bother much about other people's religion but a friend from overseas asked me what was the red banner for hanging above my neighbour's front door. At that moment then I notice that yah hor this neighbour of mine have been hanging above his main door 24/7 365 days a year unlike some of my other neighbours who only hang them up on CNY. So I am wondering can anyone explain whats the red banner represent when he hangs it over his main door all year round means?
