There are few ?????
1. Why PUB only start running pump at 10.30am
in Marina Barrage? Since the rain start as early 6am. >>> If pump start early or 8am such storm flood will not happen.
2. Why all the water level sensor install by NEA/PUB are not given warning? Malfunction/not calibrate?
3. Why blame nature? Why never look into management/planing problem?
4. How come the canal overflow normal day condition most canal are water level are 2m below road level. What happen? Please don't bullshit about rain water data( by VB aka V Bullshit.
From my own observation. PUB have been manage badly in Marina barrage. They should start to pump water out as the rain start. And also keep water level in marina Barrage at least 0.5m lower than current spec.
