This is absolutely NOTHING.
Missile parts are always all over the grounds in warzones. That's natural and no significance at all.
The only problem is Putin is being still too civilized with the west, and seems to be willing to follow the bastard Western standard of moral. He must really learn more from Joseph Stalin, Hitler and NK Kim.

Absolutely NOTHING.
If I was Putin, I will challenge Obama to personally fly his Air Force One around Ukraine, and I will personally push the missile button to shoot him into a pile of dust. He can fucking fly all his civilian flight here and I will be happy to use FOC targets for missile crew training.
Human lives is worth nothing in contrary against Western and Christian crap values. Carnage is ALWAYS a PERMANENT part of natural laws in the universe. Elemination is most basic fundamental mechanism of balance and survival, any foolish attempts to alter this must FAIL AND PERISH.

To properly and correctly deal with matters, Geneva Conventions is the one thing in the world that man made greatest mistake and will be paying the most unaffordable price for. In any war by natural laws, Civilians are the most crucial primary targets of ELIMINATION, and yet the silly Geneva Conventions is completely upsetting laws of the universe. The basic wrong is they are trying to get rid of NECESSARY ELIMINATIONS and UPSETTING the most fundamental mechanism of BALANCE.
Man is to minute and insignificance in the universe, and will never overcome the law of this universe, the grave mistake of such attempt is definitely suicidal and self-destructive, it will only destroy the balance on the planet and cause self-inflicted TOTAL EXTINCTION - in no time.
