Its good new for those thinking of starting a new venture.rents are low.

Even the ever reliable " Sex hub " is under threat
They can allow more viet bu and man to gain work permit into Singkie land, replacing the Tiong Kia.

don;t think so....i have been looking for a HDB retail unit before covid-19......the idea of having the retail unit still strong after Phase-2....but every retail unit we get intouch with now still held on to their monthly rental.

If u think the landlord is going to offer u a permanent low rent arrangement, then u better dream on

Well, to these landlord.
To rent to you cheap is like losing a pound of your flesh.
They would rather lose money paying high mortgage then to rent cheaper.

It was a beautiful and quaint place before it was totally fucked by the authorities.
