The Office of the Commissioner of Charities (COC) is seeking feedback on proposed amendments to the Charities Act.
The changes will focus two key areas: enhancing the regulatory framework to increase accountability of charities and fundraisers, and enhancing the regulatory powers of the COC.
Members of the public can read about the proposed amendments at the Charity Portal (www.charities.gov.sg) or REACH (www.reach.gov.sg).
