Saw this letter asking to renew, friend told me she tried to do it online despite the letter not mentioning it could be done online.

She then searched their website to renew online but to no avail. So the only way is to use their form to post back with payment.

You read the second paragraph it says as part of their green initiative they will confirm renewal via email. So what the fuck they are talking about going green when subscribers could not conveniently renew online? Fucking pretentious prostitutes they are. A real embarrassment calling themselves international. Shame on you SPH whores.
