The Story of PropertyLimBrothers​

Melvin Lim and Adrian Lim met in 2004 while training as Prisons Officers with the Singapore Prison Service. In 2007, they left the Prison Service to pursue full-time careers in real estate.

Over the past 18 years in Real estate, #RealEstateWithIntegrity is what we believe in and will continue to advocate.

Melvin Lim​

Having studied Banking and Finance in university, Melvin has a natural aptitude for numbers. But his interest for advertising and content has created his drive to do things differently each time for each project. Melvin sees every home as a unique property, each with its own character and a story to tell. He loves crafting stories, using his years of experience to identify the things that make a home special, and then showcasing them to potential buyers. This, he believes, is what gives him the edge over other realtors.
