According to this person, Tey was having an affair with the HR manager who told him that he was ranked last in his job. Tey couldn't accept it when he found out and he began to write poison letters accusing his colleague of sleeping with the Chief Justice and his boss of mismanagement. So enforcement agencies were called in and he had to resign - which is a light punishment if you ask me. The interesting twist is, how the hell did Tey manage to get a job at NUS after this? And how did his **** buddy, Chen Sei Lee, continue to work in civil service? Were they "turned" by ISD then? Was Tey sent to NUS to snitch on his colleagues?
