If i recall correctly, prophet lot requested his homo inclined community to surrender and even offer his daughter to them but they refused.
So lot was asked to leave and never look back. He did just that but lot's wife did look back and was turned to dust.
The muslim stand if born a homo is to refrain from indulging in homo activities and just live a long lonely life, which i think is not so bad. Many things can be achueved by living alone. Its not a punisment many think it is. Its more like freedom to live ones own life without interference.

Islam prohibits LBGT+ idiocy. Period.
The moment you come out from the closet and declares openly you are 'that type of being', we will take the effort to bring you back to the straight path. If you refuse to repent, we will execute you for openly mocking Allah's commands and corrupting the society.
If you kept quiet about it, nobody knows and pretend to be a good muslim, then, you're a hypocrite. And that is between you and Allah, for we do not raise suspicion among us, as we do not peer into your privacy.
If you believe in Islam, practises it publicly, but privately you indulge in this debauchery, we will not know and will accept you. However a fate for hypocrisy (for your concealment) in front of God is so much worse than almost anything.
