previously my director level boss say post me to bkk for 6 to 9 mths then make me permanent employee...

just now i went to my director level boss' boss, the svp lady bigger boss and asked her if she felt better after her fuck CEO rant yesterday...she said she ok already and then she chatted with me.

i told her about what my director level immediate lady boss told me that she want to send me to bkk for 6 to 9mths then make me permanent employee....blah blah blah...

then svp lady bigger boss said why must go there for so long. she said just make frequent trips whenever needed from sgp to bkk. she said current company policy for 2024 is no headcount increase for whole of this year and i go there no guarantee that i will be made permanent

svp bigger lady boss said she will have a word with my immediate director level lady boss...

YEAH! don't need to relocate...happy happy now...

but also a bit scared because later my immediate director level lady boss think i sidestep and sabo her and make my life difficult...

Not sure why u are so happy. They freeze permanent headcount so u will remain a temp/contract. How’s that a good thing?

Is it only your dept bosses all ladies or only your dept?
I don't know but if it's me I will never work in a dept with all woman bosses, even you may get along better with woman as you claimed, I will find my dignity lost.

i don't mi d being contract position. no need to fuck care a lot of things. i have my own health insurance so i.really no need to bother made permanent
