Presidential COE closed - Nomination Day on 17th Aug

For those who are not aware of the process, the application for COE had closed. The candidates will know over the course of next week when the PEC awards the eligibility cert, on who can go on to try and get a mandate from the people.

I believe a presidential election should be held even if there is only one candidate. At least, the people should have a chance to vote "NO" if they think the sole candidate do not stand muster.
