　　为了响应9·22中国城市无车日的活动，昨天，江苏黄埔再生资源有限公司的董事长陈光标在他的公司内举办了一场活动，他不仅亲手砸掉了他的一辆大排量奔驰车，而且还为集团的员工购买了200多辆自行车，提倡大家骑车上班。

　　当天上午，陈光标的公司内，他亲手遥控操作一台机械手，将一辆还有3年才报废的大排量的奔驰轿车给砸了。对于砸车的原因，陈光标解释，这是为了带头倡导低碳绿色出行，因此他还建议，目前的油价应该再提高50%、停车场停车费按每小时10至20元计费、车辆上牌费2.0排量以下10万，2.0排量到3.0排量之间30万，3.0排量到4.0排量之间40万，4.0排量以上收取50到80万上牌费，所得资金用于发展公共交通更上台阶和缩小贫富差距。只有这样，才能更加鼓励大家“少开车、多骑车”，践行绿色环保理念。

　　砸了车，应该如何上下班呢？昨天，陈光标还购买了两百多辆自行车发放给所有的员工，并亲自骑着自行车带领着员工走上街头，宣传“大力发展公共交通，大力提倡低碳绿色出行”的环保理念。为了鼓励员工低碳绿色出行，陈光标当天还现场宣布，只要是自己的员工骑自行车上班，路程在5公里之内的，每月补贴300元，10公里之内的每月补贴600元。黄埔 蒋子龙 文/摄

It used to be Japs and Korean bases being important + Taiwan + Philippines + Guam used to be able to lock PRC navy within that West Pacific Locker, but not any more.

PRC Navy is the world's most successful in securing their own fleet of ships in Somalian waters, escort is very effective and well organised. US is not even able to play this game. Now US hope to use Straits of Malacca to lock PRC. But no chance too.
