关于纸币打开手铐的问题。警方在看守所里找了一名盗窃嫌疑人，让他用一张１元的纸币打开手铐。记者在视频上看到，这名嫌疑人只用了几十秒钟便将手铐打开。在其双手被铐住的情况下，从拿到纸币到打开手铐只用了不到２分钟时间。一名技术民警告诉记者，手铐主要是用来约束，它有一定的原理和技巧，对惯犯而言要打开它不是很难的事情。
It only requires 2 minutes, any piece of paper currency note can be used.
They will know how to fold & row it and slip it inside the handcuffs to force it open.
You can also watch some online video which I had seen how it was done, I saw it in the PRC competitor of Youtube.
The prisoner's both hands are locked by a pair of cuffs, and within 2 mins from getting a piece of dollar bill he is a free man!
Better than James Bond 007. You can not beat PRCs!
