A disagreement over a priority seat on the bus resulted in a heated argument and non-stop shouting between two women, forcing other commuters to pull them apart.
The four-minute long video circulating on facebook has sparked a debate among netizens as to which woman had been in the wrong.
In the video, a woman carrying several plastic bags can be seen shouting an an elderly auntie, who also contributed her fair share of insults.
At one point, the woman also called the latter a disgrace to Singaporeans.
