PRC KTV Girls And Their "WORK PERMITS / EMPLOYMENT PASSES". Incredible!!

Recently had to entertain my foreign partners and went to 2 KTV areas. One in Selegie and the other in Havelock.

The KTV girls were boldly showing off to my foreign partners their 'work' passes saying they are working 'legally'.

1. They pay S$8-$14K for their 2 year passes.

2. They do not even know where the companies they are suppose to work for are. They confess, it's to fool the authorities here.

3. Met a KTV girl who paid and had here pass cancelled after 6 months without here knowledge. She was arrested in a AV raid and is now turning state witness against both the company and the agent company for the bogus passes.

4. Even met some new girls that are in the process of applying for such passes. In spite of my partners advise against, they will go ahead to pay the agent company.

5. After their passes are approved, they even have to pay their own monthly CPF contributions to the agent; here I believe a SCAM is working double.

WHY ARE OUR ICA DOING ABOUT THIS? OR IS SOMEONE PROTECTING SUCH BOGUS 'WORK APPLICATION'? THESE GIRLS WILL OPEN THEIR LEGS TO GET BACK THEIR MONIES.

WHENEVER THERE ARE AV RAIDS ON KTV JOINTS, A GOOD MANY ESCAPE BECAUSE THEY HAVE "ADVANCE WARNINGS". SO THESE SCAMS HAVE TO HAVE GOOD CONNECTIONS.

DON'T BELIEVE? JUST GO TO A KTV IN THESE 2 AREAS AND ASK THE GIRLS YOURSELF.

I WAS QUITE SHOCKED TO SAY THE LEAST.

HOW CAN SUCH APPLICATIONS BE APPROVED?
