STOMPer Rebecca said a China couple seemed to be more interested in playing with each other's hands than giving up their seats to this old man in the MRT.

Said the STOMPer:

"This picture was taken on Sunday, June 14, at around 1pm.

"The couple (China nationals), was sitting on the elderly seat and refused to give it up to the old man who was pitifully standing at the side.

"Despite the other passengers looking at them, they were still playing with each other's hand and didn't give up the seat until they reached their stop.

"Such inconsiderate people should be penalised.

"I think we should continue to educate our people and people from other countries about giving up seats.

"Such behaviour is unacceptable."

What a pitiful attempt to make PRC look bad

PRCs should be imported in large numbers to improve the quality of life here

Our government should be more liberal.

Since the poupulation now is 4.8 million and the target is 6.5 million we should import another 1.7 million PRCs now
