It seems to be the case for fully vaccinated, that on the 7th day of your isolation if you are positive, then as long as you are fully vaccinated, you are released from quarantine. However, if you partially or not vaccinated, then after 14 days, regardless of your test status, you can roam the streets:

Positive doesn't mean infectious. The probability of infecting someone 7 days after you first tested positive (and provided you no longer have symptoms) is as low as anyone on the streets.

ART kits err on the careful side. You need to have a specific amount of virus load to be positive. Therefore, if you're negative, you could be positive but if you're positive, you're sure as fuck positive.

School indeed set their own “extra layer”. The MC is just five days. So parents are asked to take pic of positive ART results to justify absence beyond the 5 days MC. Bloody hell.
