Where did they pull out the 3% inflation rate figure from? The PAP's anus?
doesnt matter,the most important thing is POSB a friendly neighbourhood bank can promise u annualised returns of 2.1% up to 9.3%(market average) depending on ur risk tolerance,2.5% CPF interest is laughably low.
also POSB disagrees with Lee Hsien Loong's masterplan of funding ur retirement with proceeds from sales of ur HDB flat and unreliable handouts from families and relatives.
