Police seeking man to assist with investigations

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for a young man shown in the picture above to assist with investigations into a case of Criminal Trespass, Mischief by fire and Mischief at the abandoned premises of 1 Kay Siang Road on 11 March 2013 at about 6.30pm.
He is about 18 years old and is about 1.65m tall, slim build with tanned complexion.
