Police seek man to assist with investigations

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for this man believed to have information in a case of outrage of modesty.
The incident occurred at about 6:45am on March 8, at Block 801, French Road.
The man is believed to be in his 20s or 30s, and is about 1.7 metres tall.
He has a slim build, tanned complexion and short black hair.
He was last seen wearing a white and red checkered shirt with a light-coloured jacket and a pair of dark-coloured trousers. He was also seen carrying a drawstring back-pack.
