Police seek information on woman in loanshark harassment case

SINGAPORE - A woman, believed to be in her twenties, is being sought by the police in a case of loanshark harassment at Wellington Circle on August 15.
The woman is described to be of dark complexion, has medium-length hair and is slim.
She was last seen wearing a dark blue sleeveless blouse, a pair of grey shorts and black shoes.
