1. Police no longer care about responding to request for update of police report made. In the past, pressure can be exerted thru Customer Service Branch of Police Force. Nowadays the respective dept. does not care to respond, even if you write to Quality Service Manager of SPF or MHA. Clearly SPF is a protected specie who job is to serve the elite. Wee Siew Kim's daughter kicks us in the balls and now SPF which is paid by taxpayers kicks us in the arsches.
2. Many traffice matters are now tolak to LTA - parking offences etc with attendant bad service..What has changed? All of a sudden Traffic Police cannot do the old jobs with usual old resources? Getting LTA to takeover some tasks incur new manpower n equipment costs most of which are still with SPF.

SPF is said to doing complex n complicated jobs. Is it so? Methinks successive MHA bosses are playing tolak games.

If police were not to service normal criminal matters vide police reports, what the fuck are they here for? To prevent another MAS Selamant escape which really is an excuse given the bloated size of SPF.

Are we into a Police State already? Why bother to accept Police Report when request for update will never be given?

Why have Customer Service or Public Relations branches when the field does not care about their requests for update?

Vote against PAP in the next GE as it has not changed for the better. This case in point proves that we keep on paying lots of money, when service deteriorates!

The decision to hive off traffic enforcement responsibilities to LTA arose because of recruitment difficulties at SPF and was mooted way back in 2005. The designated SPF personnel was identified and their T&C for transfer finalised. When a note was sent up to MM for info, the whole exercise was called off. Shows how closely Sillipore is micromanaged.
