Police looking for this man to assist in ATM theft case

Police are looking for the man shown in the photo above to assist with investigations in a case of theft from an ATM machine using a stolen card at Sembawang Road on June 19.

The man is described to be a Chinese and was last seen wearing a blue shirt with black pants and is balding.
