Police looking for Sam Leong to assist with a case of Voluntarily Causing Hurt

Police are looking for the male subject shown in the pictures below to assist with investigations into cases of voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous means in the vicinity of Changi Coast Road.

Between December 2011 and May 2012, there were 1 case of voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous means and 2 cases of voluntarily causing hurt reported by victims who were cycling and assaulted by an unknown male subject in the vicinity of Changi Coast Road. These assaults are believed to have occurred due to arguments over the right of way of cyclists.

The man is believed to be in his 30s, was last seen wearing brown cap, carrying a sling bag and cycling on a mountain bike.
