Police looking for man in outrage of modesty case

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man in the photo to assist with investigations in a case of outrage of modesty at Victoria Street.

The incident happened at a commercial building in the early hours of May 5.

The man is believed to be in his 30s, about 1.8 meters tall and is plump. He has a dark complexion and short black hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, dark-coloured bermudas and a pair of sandals.
