Police looking for bespectacled teenage boy

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for a male subject believed to be aged between 14 and 17 years old.
They want him to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty, which apparently took place in the vicinity of Buangkok Crescent on Feb 24, 2014.
The male subject is described to have short hair and of slim build. He last seen in a yellow and black striped polo tee, grey bermudas, black shoes and a pair of spectacles with dark frame.
