Police are looking for a man (pictured) to assist with investigations into a case of theft from an ATM machine located at 2 Changi Road, Shell Kembangan Station, on Aug 23, 2011.

He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt with the words 'World Without Strangers' on it.
