Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Mr Yong Han Hsiun.
The 41-year-old was last seen at the vicinity of Grace Park on March 13 at about 4am.
Mr Yong is said to be about 1.7m tall, has short hair and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is requested to call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000.
