Police appeal for information in dishonest misappropriation of property case

SINGAPORE - The police is appealing for information regarding the identity of the man believed to be in his 20s, having a slim build and a tanned complexion.
This is for an investigation into a case of dishonest misappropriation of property reported at Hougang Avenue 8 on Aug 23, 2013.
The man was last seen attired in a blue long-sleeve hoodie jacket with a pair of black long pants.
