The recent news about the oil, petrol, energy and chemical industry pushing for the progressive wage model to benefit their workers reminds me of something that a friend of mine is going through. Executive or low wage worker, I believe that everyone needs to know what their career progression is like at work. You can work very hard at work but if you don't know what's ahead of you, it can be rather unsettling.
